I’ve worked with many older adults, and I know how to respect the history of your body while building a strong future for it.
Being middle-aged myself, I’ve had my share of injuries — so if you're coming back from something, I’ve been there, and I can help.
I’ve also spent years in sports like ice hockey, gymnastics, and powerlifting. That experience gives me insight into how we can program intelligently and lift your abilities as an athlete.
